[LPNM] Submission for Libertarian NM Lt. Gov. Candidate Name

From: Karen Bedonie
To: Chris Luchini, Efren Gallardo
CC: Crystal Meiwes, Elizabeth Honcee, Elisheva Levin, Mike Blessing, Angela McArdle, Caryn Ann Harlos
Date: Thursday, July 28th, 2022 at 8:45 PM [MST]

Greetings Mr. Luchini,

Recognizing the new situation of the vacancy of Lt. Governor (L), pursuant NMSA 1978, Section 1-8-8(A), in respect to the January 31, 2022 Secretary of State Declaration date requirement, my campaign for Governor respectfully submits Efren Gallardo, Jr. for Lt. Governor (L). After careful consideration, we know that the urban corridors of Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Las Cruces are the greatest concentration of this election and will need a perfect strategic candidate to tip the win. We also know that roughly 60% of the New Mexico voting base is of Spanish speaking descent. Among all other qualities and requirements our campaign sought after, we are happy to affirm our choice. We graciously support Efren Gallardo Jr. for Lt. Governor to join the Bedonie Campaign for Governor on the Libertarian ticket. The Mr. Gallardo is a New Mexico Spanish speaking Native and a highly respected professional in the major urban settings of Albuquerque / Las Cruces. Mr. Gallardo has huge family ties across the state and will be a major asset in the current time crunch and he is the only candidate that we recommend. He is a registered Libertarian and will bring a very positive and powerful light to the campaign and to the party. Below is his contact information.

Once his candidacy is official, we can have our campaign(s) move to add his name to our statewide support. Our campaign is heating up and time is of the essence. We truly feel we have the greatest opportunity in this election with Mr. Gallardo. Please feel free to contact the campaign at [Phone number REDACTED — MWB]. Mrs. Crystal Meiwes will kindly direct your inquiry to me in my many rural infrastructural-communication challenges. We look forward to hearing from you and receiving Mr. Gallardo's candidacy submission to the SOS. God bless.

LT. GOVERNOR CANDIDATE:
EFREN GALLARDO JR.
[Contact information REDACTED — MWB]

Yours in Freedom and Liberty,
Karen E. Bedonie

COVIDaphobia Mania Running Wild Again?!

Today (Tuesday, 19 July 2022) I saw this post on Facebook highlighting the heroic actions of one Elisjsha Dicken, who neutralized the Greenwood Park Mall shooter in Indiana as a benefit of exercising his individual, human, Constitutional right to own and carry weapons.

H/T "100% Anti-Democrat" Facebook page — Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 7:46 PM MST

OK, so the top part of the post is good to go —

Ison explained to WRTV, Dicken's first shot at the gunman was from 40-50 yards away and it appeared the very first shot hit the gunman.

Dicken was able to hit the gunman with additional rounds.

And more still —

Not the Bee
Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 6:08 PM MST

22-year-old Elisjsha Dicken neutralized the Greenwood Park Mall shooter within 15 seconds. He engaged the bad guy from 40-50 yards away and 8 of the 10 rounds he fired found their target. He has no CPL and was carrying a pistol under Constitutional Carry. He is not ex-military or police, and has no formal training. His grandfather taught him how to shoot. Raise a glass this evening to American hero Elisjsha Dicken.

OK, folks, this is the bizarre part —

NOWHERE in the text posted by the "Not The Bee" page's admin(s) is there ANY mention of the Beer Bug.

So did Facebook's "fact checkers" mistakenly attach a warning about Koof misinformation to this post?

Or maybe Facebook is trying to smear a story supporting the Second Amendment narrative by hook or by crook, using the approach of "throw your underwear against the wall and see if it sticks" ?

It is still streaming, but the Youtube is buffering so much that it can't run more than a few seconds at a time.
It is running far behind the current moment.

I can post here.
If you would like.
It is kind of inflammatory and derrogatory.
I believe one person used the work Ratfuckery.

Michael Tomac
So I'm guessing being a monthly dues paying member for 2+ years at double the annualized rate is insufficient to be a part of this meeting?

Ryan Brown
it isn't strong feeling about what is going on. it is ratfuckery

rebecca
How is this stream so bad? I thought after the March debacle with the AV the head of the party would get his sh*t together.

socialismo52
Lol. This some bullshit. This is what you call manufactured consent

Nathan Shocklee
Trying to join using the google meet link with no luck

rebecca
What the heck man? This is embarrassing.

socialismo52
No one can hear the other members.

Frank Martin
only the chair can be heard

Devin Rivera
we can't hear anyone but Chris.

rebecca

Frank Martin
Chris' computer is buffering about 50% of the time, so his voice is cut off.

Frank Martin
could this meeting be run any worse if they were trying?

Frank Martin
also Chris' screen is all blurry, cannot read the text... buffering problem is worse now

Give them time. . .they haven’t insulted anyone yet

Frank Martin
If you want to hold something as important as a constitutional convention, you MUST have the technology work.

Elisheva Levin
The Party needs to do this right. Give people enough notice, get a better platform—such as Zoom. Pay for good tech. This is the ultimate shit show.

Devin Rivera
Micheal Tomac has been dues paying for two years and was denied access to this convention

Frank Martin
Yeah, I'd say a constitutional convention rates a Zoom account. Let's go ahead and splurge🤑

Elisheva Levin
I can hear about every third of a sentence.

Elisheva Levin
I have just been told by the chair that he is not responsible. I think the party needs a whole new team. This convention should be live. All members should be able to attend.

Frank Martin
This is to report on the manner in which the LPNM constitutional convention of 12 July 22 was conducted:

Frank Martin
60 minutes into the event: only the chair can be heard, his screen is blurry, and very frequent buffering on his end makes the proceedings unintelligible.

Frank Martin
These problems are such that I believe the convention should be invalidated.

Frank Martin
I know there were qualifying caucus delegates who were not seated because of technical problems, and even those who were could not participate effectively.

Ranota Banks The normal tech used for this is inaccessible due to an accident between Los Alamos and his home. This was explained earlier.

Elisheva Levin Then you cancel the meeting

Elisheva Levin Preferably until after the campaigns are done. There are candidates to support right now.

Elisheva Levin You can figure out how to make the party less and less accessible later.

Ranota Banks These are all ongoing discussions that have been happening for several months. A phone number to call in is about to be posted to the description.

Ranota Banks If you need help using the phone number, please reach out.

Elisheva Levin Lady, you need to end this now and start again after elections.

Drake Lundstrom Was notice given on the website for the convention?

Helen Milenski No We have till 9pm

Ranota Banks Yes, Drak.

Matthew Lucas Didn’t work in Delaware, Didn’t Work in Massachusetts… so now Idaho, Michigan and New Mexico are gonna try, and it’s not gonna work again

Chris Luchini Phone is only for votin members

LPNM Webmaster @Drake Lundstrom Yes, it was posted to the website

Michael Tomac "2. NOTICE. The Secretary shall notify each caucus member of the dates, time, and public place of state conventions" When were we informed about the meeting?

Drake Lundstrom Can you send me a link to where it was posted on the website?

Helen Milenski If you are a member please call in and indentify yourself for record.

socialismo52 Put me in the screen cap!

Michael Tomac I have been a monthly dues paying member for 2+ years, but according to what the Chair said I am not eligible to vote right?

rebecca An accident making the the tech unusable is unacceptable. A good leader has back ups in place especially considering the mess of the AV system at the March convention.

socialismo52 Take your shirt off, Tom!

rebecca Agreed

Frank Martin Rebecca, is Chris' screen blurry for you? I cannot read anything on it except that he needs to update his browser.

rebecca I can’t read anything! It’s just comical at this point.

Frank Martin Thanks, i just wanted to be sure it wasn't just my computer.

rebecca Assuming

Drake Lundstrom If you watch the feed at a delay, it is not as blurry

Drake Lundstrom The executive conference call has as good audio as the main stream

Burly Cain The audio is very good for us here.

Drake Lundstrom The problem is that we can only hear Chris.

Frank Martin And that, only half the time...

Frank Martin Worst meeting ever. I actually feel sorry for him.

Drake Lundstrom Watching on a delay (I am a few minutes behind) his audio is fine. I think that part is a buffering issue

Frank Martin How do you watch on a delay?

Cory Tallman Continuing this with this many issues seems like a disservice to the LPNM

Drake Lundstrom Slide the time marker back. I started watching late and wanted to watch from the beginning

Frank Martin Thanks Drake

Drake Lundstrom I finally caught up! (I have been watching at 2x to catch up) and now the audio is completely falling apart

Panda Are people there having the same problems?

Drake Lundstrom Probably not, YouTube encoders run separately from the meeting

Frank Martin This meeting sure is rolling right along, how can anyone keep up?

socialismo52 plz clap

rebecca 😂

Drake Lundstrom The biggest YouTube issue isn’t the buffering, it is that we can only hear Chris’s audio. Can someone tell him that literally no one else’s audio is being recorded?

Frank Martin ?

Frank Martin I delayed the playback but still have buffering issues.

rebecca how does one recruit new members when this is what they see?

Frank Martin Its a puzzle! Its a riddle! Its a... constitutional convention agenda item!

LPNM Webmaster The call is now being recorded

LPNM Webmaster (the Google Meet call)

rebecca What minutes did the recoding start please?

Lindsey Graham's 30 Pieces of Silver, v. 2022?

It seems that Lindsey Graham, the "senior" Republican U.S. Senator from South Carolina, is getting his just rewards for supporting "common sense gun safety" legislation, namely "an agreement on principle for gun safety legislation Sunday, which includes 'needed mental health resources, improves school safety and support for students, and helps ensure dangerous criminals and those who are adjudicated as mentally ill can't purchase weapons.'"

Aside from the fact that Graham won't be up for re-election until 2026 (four years is almost an eternity where electoral politics is concerned), it seems that his recent "move to the center" in his quest to appease the hoplophobes and victim disarmers isn't quite reaping the rewards he wants (the hoplophobes and victim disarmers saying good things about him) —

H/T Steven Barnes — Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 1:33 PM MST

You see, instead of congratulating Graham for "moving to the center" and "meeting them halfway," the hoplophobes and victim disarmers are pissed at him for only giving them half a loaf, instead of the whole loaf and then some, such as outlawing civilian ownership of "assault weapons" such as AR-15-, M4- and AK-47-pattern rifles, and legalizing third-party litigation against gun manufacturers and retailers

So while Graham may get some accolades from the Necrotic Republican Association National Rifle Association for his pro-gun-when-it's-convenient rhetoric, I suspect that he won't get much traction with the rest of the right-to-own-and-carry-weapons crowd [GOA, FPC, etc.].

Ain't that a cryin' shame, now?

As they say in the South, "Bless your heart, Lindsey Graham."

Let's not forget that this isn't the first time that Graham has sided with the GOP's Invertebrate Caucus when it comes to defending the Second Amendment — he tried this sort of thing nine years ago.

Never mind that the proposed "universal" background check is the State demanding prior restraint on the exercise of a natural right — "How do we know that you're not an axe-murdering child rapist?!" — in other words, "prove your innocence first."

And, of course, the victim disarmers have included a plan for the federal Political Classholes to use your money tax dollars to bribe state-level Political Classholes to set up "red flag laws" (laws allowing someone to file a complaint against you and have your firearms taken away) in their states.

So what's their plan to take away the knives, axes, power tools, baseball bats, and anything else that can be used as a weapon from those alleged to be inclined towards criminal violence?

Oh, that's right, they don't have one. That's because their intent isn't to stop criminal violence, or to protect people.

As the infamous Senator Howard Metzenbaum said in 1989 —

"No, we're not looking at how to control criminals . . . we're talking about banning the AK-47 and semi-automatic guns."
— Constitution Subcommittee, 2 February, 1989

It’s interesting that in the places where the gun prohibitionist hold sway over the levers of power, it's not only firearms that are proscibed from possession by the Great Unwashed. They also prohibit private citizens who aren’t Political Classholes or in the employ of same to own or carry pepper spray, stunguns, tasers, switchblade knives, fixed-blade knives they don’t like, nunchuks, and batons. Now in New York State and California, they’re going after body armor.

Their intent is to render you and yours totally defenseless, dependent on your cell phone and ability to dial 9-1-1, and thus dependent upon them for protection, while regulating every aspect of your life.

Because they really do know better than you do how you should live.

For the Republicans who are on board, to whatever degree, with the hoplophobes and victim disarmers in the hopes of getting favorable media coverage, all I can say is "Don't need any support from me."

Bless your heart, Lindsey Graham. Bless your heart.

Quote of the Day for Friday, 17 June 2022

"The most terrifying force of death, comes from the hands of men who wanted to be left alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know, that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over.

The moment the men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people's door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy... but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the men who just wanted to be left alone."
— Soviet Dissident Alexander Solzhenitsyn
